Do I need to fill out paperwork?
Yes, there will be a brief intake form with some basic info.
What will my first session look like?
It's hard to judge what your body needs before you're on the table, so we usually suggest starting with a 60 minutes session. Oftentimes, where we feel pain is not the source of the problem. Your therapist will utilize different modalities, tools and essential oils to address what the body needs.
Do I need to undress for my session
We ask our client to undress for their massages and all our therapist are extremely respectful of your privacy and comfort. The therapist will leave while you to disrobe. During this time they will wash their hands. While the therapist is gone, position yourself on the table between the sheets. You will be draped modestly during entire session. Headrest and foot bolter is adjusted as needed when the therapist returns. The therapist will knock upon return so give a shout that it's okay for her to enter.
How do I pay and reschedule?
After you redress and your therapist returns to the room, you can pay and schedule your next session. We accept credit card and Venmo payments. Cash payments receive $5 off. Your therapist will discuss a treatment recommendation and you can schedule accordingly then.
Health and Safety Protocol
We have a UV HEPA filter air purifier running to clean the air in the service room. We often times diffuse doTERRA CPTG essential oils to disinfect and purify the air as well. We also disinfect between each client and use clean linens for every service. Mask to your comfortability, be advised that the therapist will not be masked. Out of respect for your privacy we will not ask for your medical history unless it's related to the specific session. If you are unwell, or have had a recent injury, accident or inoculation, we ask you to reschedule. Massage may be contarindicated at these times.
The therapist may also reschedule if needed due to health and wellness.
What is your cancellation policy
We ask that you cancel a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment, out of respect for the therapist. This will allow the therapist to offer time slot to another client. Last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) and No Shows are asked to pay $25 service fee.
If you are sick (fever, vomiting, diarrhea) or have had recent injury or accident, please contact us asap to reschedule.
