Tobye will guide you through the process and teach you techniques to use at different stages of your transformation, such as meditation, visualization, thought coaching, sound healing, and energy healing. You will also learn self-reflection tools and how to recognize negative mindsets, limiting beliefs, and thought patterns that have hindered your personal growth.

Sessions may include, but no limited to,  various modalities such as somatic movement, yoga, meditation, thought coaching, journaling, sound healing, color therapy, and essential oils.

It is recommended to book a consultation appointment first to see if we are a good fit.  After that it's suggested  minimum of three sessions which will provide you with a good foundation

to continue the journey on your own from there.  Appointments available remotely via Zoom as well.
