Walking is a great way to improve your overall wellbeing, including your physical, mental, and emotional health. That's why we often hear the phrase "walk it off" when someone is feeling stressed or overwhelmed. At Recalibrate, we've taken this concept one step further by combining the benefits of walking with meditation, affirmative speech, Qigong, Tai Chi and dance. Our unique approach focuses on the mind-body connection and encourages participants to be present by paying attention to their physical sensations, movements, and experiences in order to tap into the natural healer within. ​​​​
